Cancellations 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as you can . This helps us reallocate your slot. Cancellation or reschedule  less than 24h notice will be charged 50%, this will Need to be paid Before you can booking a new appointment.

Late Arrival 

If you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened out of consideration to the next client.

Reschedule or Amendment

Online booking can be rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to your appointment time.   

Deposits

For certain booking ,we may require a deposit in advance. This applies to cases such as  a couple massage booking, high-value treatment, peak-time appointment or for clients with a history of no-shows. In some instances, we may request full upfront payment.

Unattended Appointment  

We know life happens so that's why you can make changes or cancel to your appointment up to 24 hours before you're due to visit.If you miss an appointment, you will be required to pay a no-show fee (100% of the cost of the treatment) as we won't have a chance to offer that appointment to someone else.

Health conditions

When making your booking please advise us of your health conditions and any medication you are taking to ensure we are providing you the best service and effective results while assuring your comfort and safety.

Please note that a consultation form will be sent out to you to complete by email if you use our online booking.

Age Policy

Our treatments are specifically designed for adults, however we do cater for under 18s with a parental consent and presence.

Pregnancy

Please inform our therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience.

No treatment can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Payment

Due to covid-19 ,Please bring a credit or debit card to your appointment for your safety.We accept all major credit/debit card. Payment online also available. 

Gift vouchers

Our Gift vouchers have no expiry date so please treat it like cash. Chanya Thai Therapy does not accept responsibility for Gift Voucher that are lost, stolen, damaged or any unauthorised use of the Vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. 

Please note: From time to time our price are subject to change and if the value on your gift voucher is below the value of the treatment price you wish to booking, the difference in price must be paid. 

Therapists

Every therapist is unique. if you have a preferred massage therapist ,please scroll down to choose a massage therapist. Alternatively, if you do not have any specific therapist in mind,  choose FIRST AVAILABLE option.

Please inform your therapist within the first 10 mins of your session if you are not comfortable with the treatment received so the therapist will try to accommodate your preference.  Otherwise the full amount is payable when your treatment is completed.
